ABOUT THE ROLE
We are building a true omni channel digital engagement strategy that provides consistent experiences across the globe. The role will require working with teams from business partners, technology experts and process design experts from across the consumer division.
As a Solution Manager, you will need to ensure that the development principles for a set of applications are being adhered to and that the solutions’ requirements and priorities are evaluated consistently, documented accordingly, built to specifications and implemented by the scrum teams within the timeline agreed with the business stakeholders. These solutions include features and functionality for our Business Builder Field forces (Sales Force Automation or SFA), including planning, execution, reporting and analytics. These features must be built, tested as well as continuing to work with the rest of the product teams to establish the best approaches to rollout new functionalities. Finally, you will be responsible for all other existing SFA solutions and define roadmap and implementation plan to migrate them to the new central portfolio.

You are the champion of delivering solutions that meet the needs of the business design team and are loved by your users and customers (e.g. through user research or user-centric design). You’ll be acutely aware that transformation requires a ‘roll up the sleeves’ mentally.
