The Product Architect (CRM) is part of the Product team and is one of the professionals who do the work of delivering a potentially releasable increment of the product at the end of each sprint. Product Teams are structured and empowered by the organization to organize and manage their own work. The resulting synergy optimizes the Product Team’s overall efficiency and effectiveness.
The Product Architect (CRM) owns the end-to-end architecture for the product. He understands Product Owners needs and converts them into solution architecture specifications in line with overall architectural standards and roadmaps.
Within the company’s structures they have various systems that support the Customer Service processes like Salesforce, Microsoft but also local solutions. In this role you will be responsible to help shaping and evolving the customer service modules and look at the E2E integration/experience with the other modules or customer facing tooling they use. In various projects you will be invited and involved to challenge, design and inspire the teams how these Customer Service modules can be used and support business processes. Also they have a contract with a tool called Customer Gauge as this a tool that evaluates the customer experience.
