Customer Ambassador

Responsibilities:

  • Rolling out Customer Promise program – be the customers’ voice
  • Acting as the key contact point into the local team and the Customer Promise manager
  • Developing the Communications and engagement strategy for the programme locally and driving cultural change initiatives together with COE Brand & Comms
  • Developing together with the CP Manager the project plan for the local CP
  • Monitoring progress against milestones and customer KPIs, identify risks and issues
  • Ensuring proper embedding and sustainability
  • Being accountable for insight data coming from Mystery Motorist and Customer Care line
  • Being accountable for working across both Co and Do equally to understand the processes at head office, dealer partner organisation, store, and management level and what may need to change in support of delivery of our Customer Promise
  • Working with support centre functions to influence the need to review and/or remove process which delays the customer journey – move items to action
  • Working with the Dealer Team & selected Dealer Partners to understand how Customer Promise can ‘live’ in partner retail sites and organisations
  • Managing the impact and output of the total change process giving consideration to individual department needs and timelines
  • Leading the roll out to ensure that all key stakeholders are kept informed of the key strategic milestones and decisions within the activity
  • Sharing and including learnings from other countries

 

Requirements:

  • Around 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Bachelor’s degree and additional Master’s, PhD or MBA education
  • Retail expertise including customer facing
  • Highly customer responsive
  • High level of interpersonal and team-working skills
  • Strong impact and influencing skills required to shape and lead the business and inspire others
  • Good communication at all levels within and outside of BP
  • Very well organized and strong time management – ability to multi-task, prioritize, adapt, influence, and network
  • Innovative, good team player
  • Continuous Improvement, Project Management experience
  • Performance bias
  • Ability to review and asses data
  • Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills
  • Polish fluent and English advanced
