Talent Partner GBS

Responsibilities:

  • You own the entire recruitment process from Kickoff to Onboarding
  • You liaise with business leaders to assess ongoing hiring needs, both for single positions to complex and large scale future hiring demand and define and implement the sourcing and selection strategy
  • You drive an efficient recruitment process and strive for a high-touch experience for every candidate and manager. This includes evaluating hard and soft skill levels with special focus on the Software Development, Digital Innovation, Information Systems, Information Security and other IT-niche areas.
  • You partner with the leaders and managers in your area of functional responsibility to gain a holistic view and deep understanding of their business operations, people strategy and talent needs to more effectively consult and drive Talent topics overall
  • You provide expertise, market insights, coaching and consultative guidance to assure the successful delivery of the sourcing and recruitment approach best fit to the business needs
  • You handle the offering process and negotiate complex offers in accordance to the companies guidelines and regulations
  • You win, by demonstrating outstanding customer focus, by skillfully managing demanding stakeholder, by demonstrating flexibility, agility and team spirit and by bringing common sense and business pragmatism together to hire the right people to the right roles on time
  • You guide the candidate through the process and are ambassador to ABB’s high standards in integrity, inclusive people culture and employee value proposition
  • You collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, Global and Regional CoEs, peer Talent Partners, Employer Branding and external service providers to assure fast, efficient and well-coordinated efforts that meet and exceed the business expectations
  • You lead large scale and/or complex and niche hiring and sourcing projects on an international scale
  • You address operational and strategic topics, identify risks and work with the team to define and implement improvement actions
  • You lead, both by exemplary personal leadership as well as by identifying new opportunities to increase speed and quality of our offering to the global business

 

Requirements:

  • 6-10 years’ experience in recruitment and Talent
  • Demonstrates a pragmatic can do attitude
  • In depth knowledge of the entire recruitment process with strong expertise in IT/IS niche hiring
  • Local IT market knowledge required, preferable international experience
  • Has solid project management experience, preferably international
  • Advanced communication and stakeholder skills
  • Challenges him/herself, always seeking how to improve on the job
  • Can balance hands on approach with skillful delegation and collaboration
  • Is self-confident and mature, passionate about recruitment and impacting people’s lives positively
  • Experience in the field of executive search advantageous
  • Goal-oriented and communicative individual with a convincing demeanor, resilience, and high quality standards
