OtC Administrator with Dutch

 

Purpose of the job:

Perform Order to Cash processes which include:

 

  • Cash Application which includes matching the incoming customer payments/credit notes with the correct customer invoices, processing of customer refunds and conducting frequent reconciliations
  • Billing which includes raising bills/credit notes and resolving first line queries from customers or the OpCo Finance team
  • Credit Risk which includes analysing customer risk by considering all available information and recommend suitable credit terms for new and existing customers
  • Collections and Disputes which includes securing on-time Customer payments and facilitating the identification and resolution of any customer invoice disputes

 

These processes should be completed for the assigned OpCo, in accordance with company process standards, policies and objectives,  in order to achieve the agreed performance objectives (PPIs) and service levels (SLAs).

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update the classification of the customer ledger
  • Perform pre-due process
  • Proactively manage the overdue process
  • Proactively manage the dunning process
  • Proactively manage the Promise to Pay process
  • Manage the dispute process
  • Run dispute reports to facilitate root cause analysis between Team Leader/Client
  • Proactively manage dispute reconciliation
  • Manage the credit limit exceeded process in accordance with the credit policy
  • Identify held orders and take appropriate action to resolve
  • Develop and maintain successful working relationships with customers, clients and other key stakeholders

 

Requirements:

  • Very good command of Dutch
  • Relevant experience in Collection/Customer Service/ Credit Risk or Sales
  • Fluent English
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer focus
  • Assertiveness and persuading skills
  • Problem solving skills
  • Ability to work in teams
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Good command of Excel
  • Ability to adjust and manage a rapidly evolving business and shared service environment
  • Strong command of any other European language
