IT Controller with German

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing of an annual IT-planning and conducting of regular IT-controlling including forecasts and analysis according to the corporate IT-controlling guidelines
  • Execution of budget controlling for all P&L relevant cost positions of the IT including de-tailed forecasting and regular variance analysis
  • Responsible for month-end and year-end closing as well as intercompany invoicing
  • Evaluation of selected IT-controlling key figures and preparation of a monthly standard reporting incl. variance explanation
  • Cooperation in the field of IT-service calculation regarding cost basis and unit cost pricing
  • Execution of ad-hoc analysis and consulting on questions of budget controlling
  • Supporting of controlling-process optimization as well as respective reporting
  • Contact for the local management and corporate functions
  • Responsible for general commercial administration tasks including invoice verification, account assignments for purchase orders and release of purchase order requisitions

Requirements:

  • University degree in business informatics or business administration with specialization in controlling
  • Fluent in German and/or English
  • Excellent knowledge of MS-Office products, first experience with SAP (FI/CO) beneficial
  • Severe interest for data and numbers as well as ability analytical rationalness
  • Confident and friendly appearance, ability to work in teams, high level of commitment, assertiveness and good communication skills
  • Distinct IT-affinity
  • Willingness to travel
