International Key Account Manager

Location: Bulgaria / Hungary / Czech Republic and Slovakia

 

THE AIM OF THE POSITION:

Person on this position will be responsible for realization of individual sales planes, development in a field of fuel cards and other products connected with them and maintaining good relationships with key clients from specified region and branch of Truck & Bus.

The role is located in Fuel Cards Department. This department is a part of the European Cards Sales. The main activity of this business is mostly connected with gaining new clients and building positive, long-lasting relationships with them.

 

 

The Role of IKAM AGENT will be directly responsible for business development of fuel cards business in Baltic States by:

  • Exploring a Truck&Bus segment in order to find right prospects and leads
  • Approaching the targeted prospect group according to agree with a Region

Co-ordinator order and priorities

  • Arranging the face to face meeting with prospects
  • Supporting a Region Co-ordinator in the further acquisition process
  • Bridging between existing accounts and sales team and marketing centrally in terms of customer expectations, value proposals development & the value selling culture for the Region
  • Ensuring Accounts management (gaining and support)
  • Monitoring performance of gained cards business
  • Co-developing and execute annual and multi-year country plans
  • Developing and implement sales tactics
  • Interpreting local market trends
  • High safety attitude, both in professional but equally private environment.

 

Key Requirements:

 

  • Min 3 years of experience in B2B sales / customer facing environment
  • Knowledge of fuel cards business and understanding of all aspects of the business would be an asset
  • Understand the country culture
  • Proven experience in a B2B Value Selling
  • Fluent in English language
  • Strong business and commercial judgment
  • Strong sense of ethics
  • Negotiation skills
  • Project/deal management skills
  • Influencing skills
  • Presentations skills
  • Computer literate
  • Ready to travel – 80% of time.
