We are looking for experienced and passionate professional for the position of Food Brand Manager.

As part of the local Marketing team for petrol sites business, the role delivers all food related communication and promotions within the company’s stations channel in Poland.

Food Brand Manager is accountable for significant volume driving programs, budget and performance management, as well as managing the relationship with key stakeholders in Poland and with the Global Marketing network.



  • Monitor and analyse market trends, research consumer market and competitors’ activities to
    identify opportunities and key issues
  • Take brand ownership and provide the vision, goals and communication strategies to match
    up to. Translate brand strategies into brand plans and go-to-market activities
  • Develop, implement and participate in the marketing and sales activities according to
    predetermined set of objectives, strategies and action plans
  • Manages the full delivery of communication and promotions campaigns in line with defined
    Marketing plan
  • Delivery of brand 360°campaigns, internal engagement plans, ATL and BTL
    communication support for promotions, mechanics and rewards, monitoring performance.
  • Budget management associated with food category
  • Manage effective working relationship with marketing agencies and media house
  • Act as key contact for internal stakeholders (Cross Marketing Promotions, Business Partners)
  • Close co-operation with Food Offer Manager, Offer Development Team and Operation Team
  • Actively seeks and applies best practice within area of expertise
  • Supports opportunities to drive value through cross-country promotional network



  • Relevant education and professional experience in the marketing department (min. 4 years),
    ideally in an international B2C environment (proven track record in managing a well-known
    brand, proven experience in managing external agencies)
  • Strong project management skills – playing leader role in the project team
  • Highly consumer focused mindset
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal and team-working skills, ability to work cross-functionally
  • Open thinking with ability to deal with conflicting views and integrate them.
  • Highly motivated, with proven ability to deal proactively with shifting priorities in a deadline
    driven, fast paced environment
  • Very good analytical skills, accountability for budget, ability to create recommendations based on numbers
  • Fluency in English and Polish is a must
